Property Manager

A leading group of companies is looking for a Property Manager to manage their properties in Dubai. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of rental properties such as residential buildings, commercial spaces, or mixed-use developments. Handle various tasks, including tenant management, rent collection, property inspections, and maintenance coordination. Ensure that properties are well-maintained, meet regulatory requirements, and generate a positive return on investment for property owners. Advertise and market vacant rental units to attract potential tenants. Screen and select tenants through background checks, credit checks, and rental history verification. Collect and process rental payments, including late fees and security deposits. Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with housing standards. Enforce lease agreements and handle tenant disputes or evictions when necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and operational records. Keep abreast of local rental market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly. Requirements: Understand the UAE law for leasing and other legal property requirements. Handle both Dubai and Abu Dhabi properties. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Bachelor's degree (Required). Minimum of 5 years experience managing properties in Abu Dhabi & Dubai. Minimum of 5 years experience advertising and marketing vacant rental units. Minimum of 5 years experience conducting background and credit checks of tenants. Minimum of 5 years experience in collection of rental payments including late fees. Minimum of 10 years experience in property management. Minimum of 5 years experience with RERA and AUH Municipality processes. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
