Pricing Executive and Sales Support

Key Responsibilities: Functioned as team lead for key customer shipments and initiatives. Provided end-to-end service from pricing to invoicing for Sea, Air, Land, warehousing, and value-added services for key customer's shipments. Received sales enquiries, secured competitive quotes, and submitted them to clients. Demonstrated effective communication skills to successfully negotiate and close deals. Procured monthly validated rates from carriers. Negotiated rates with carriers, co-loaders, and agents for volume moves and project enquiries. Filed rates with carriers for commodity-based volumes, also for named accounts to secure the business. Customer Service: Applied customer-centric approach to understand customer needs and concerns and develop creative solutions. Handled customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Provided solutions for clients including all 3 PL requirements. Identified areas for process improvement and developed actionable plans for implementing them. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of three years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes, including air, ocean, and land transportation modes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
