Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives. Craft compelling job advertisements that reflect our brand and attract top-tier candidates. Source talent through various channels including Linked In Recruiter (a must), job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, role fit, and motivation. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, especially for high-demand roles. Accurately track sourcing efforts and candidate engagement activities. Collaborate closely with HRBPs and the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and professional hiring journey. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with preference for those with a recruitment agency background. Experience using Linked In Recruiter is essential. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing personality with strong people skills – you enjoy meeting new people and building relationships. High energy, a team player, and a strong sense of ownership and urgency. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
