Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition function, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across various functions.Our ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong background in recruitment or talent sourcing. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your expertise in crafting compelling job advertisements and leveraging various recruitment channels will enable us to attract and engage exceptional candidates.Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.Craft compelling job advertisements that reflect our brand and attract top-tier candidates.Source talent through various channels including Linked In Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, role fit, and motivation.Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, especially for high-demand roles.Accurately track sourcing efforts and candidate engagement activities.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.4–6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with preference for those with a recruitment agency background.Experience using Linked In Recruiter is essential.Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Outgoing personality with strong people skills – you enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.High energy, a team player, and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Join our team and be part of a supportive and collaborative work environment that values innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement.
