More About The Role Job Title : Talent Acquisition People Partner Team : People Team - META Reporting to : People Director Location : Dubai, UAE As a Talent Acquisition People Partner you will play a critical role in shaping Burson’s workforce by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across the META region (Middle East, Turkey, South Africa, and Egypt). Reporting to the People Director, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with Burson’s business objectives while championing inclusion and compliance. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and a deep understanding of local labour laws across the META region. Additionally, you will collaborate with the broader People Team to ensure alignment between talent acquisition efforts and operational priorities. What You'll Do Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with regional and global priorities, including nationalisation frameworks such as Emiratisation. Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to define role specifications and ensure alignment with workforce planning needs. Utilise advanced sourcing methods and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on candidate assessment and selection best practices. Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and drive process improvements. Ensure compliance with local labour laws, visa regulations, WPP governance standards, and SOX requirements. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, proactively identifying high-potential candidates for current and future roles. Foster partnerships with universities, agencies, and government entities to strengthen talent acquisition capabilities. Collaborate with the People Team on operational initiatives to enhance employee experience and support organisational goals. Experience That Contributes To Success Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting for diverse roles across multiple geographies, particularly in the META region. Strong knowledge of local labour laws, WPP governance standards, and SOX compliance requirements. Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS) to enhance recruitment processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving. Analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and provide actionable insights. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing competing priorities with resilience and adaptability.
