Description

CONSTRUCTION / FITOUT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY - Assist Operations Manager in coordinating & corresponding with PM’s, clients, etc. - Coordinate with workers in their timesheet management, leave management, etc. - Review project contracts and highlight the operational threads to discuss with the Operations Manager. - Prepare all documents required for submission to the authorities, including related approval fees and security deposits. - Keep track of all payments receivable from clients (in Excel format) with the assistance of the Accounts Department. - File all project documentation, correspondence, layouts, contracts, etc. - Responsible for allocating, scheduling, and transferring manpower based on project requirements in coordination with PM/Site Engineers/Foreman. - Follow up on 'Appreciation Letter' requests after project completion. - Keep track of sample material approvals, arrange required materials with the Purchase Department, and send them to the client for approval with a copy to all concerned. Take pictures of each item, keep a record of approved items, and send it to the Project-In-Charge and Design Department. - Document and archive the complete job order file. - Prepare weekly project reports for internal management meetings for all sites. - Responsible for arranging CAR insurances based on project requirements. - Prepare weekly reports of actual progress against planned progress. - Continuously update the as-built program, maintaining a record of actual resources employed. - Identify program implications associated with client variations. - Prepare executive management reports on a monthly basis. Requirements: Proficient in MS Office applications. Attention to detail, proactiveness, and multitasking ability are a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
