We are a fast-growing cross-border digital service provider specializing in global payments, financial onboarding, and platform compliance. As part of our India-focused expansion, we are hiring an Operations Specialist in Dubai to help manage payment-related business workflows and support India-linked compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate India-side payment method onboarding and documentation (e.g. UPI, IMPS, bank integrations). Manage KYC/AML compliance tracking for Indian users or entities. Liaise with local India-based agents, partners, and payment facilitators. Monitor transaction-level data and escalate anomalies based on internal SOPs. Track project KPIs and support internal reporting and documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of India’s digital payment systems (e.g. UPI, IMPS, NEFT, Ru Pay). Familiarity with RBI guidelines , KYC/AML , and NACH mandates is a strong asset. Prior experience in fintech, PSP, e-wallets, or cross-border payment ops preferred. Detail-oriented and reliable, with strong self-management skills. Comfortable working across remote and multicultural teams. Excellent communication in English and Hindi .
