Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Insurance Specialist to lead the administration and execution of our organization’s medical insurance programs across diverse markets. This role is responsible for overseeing insurance policy administration, renewals, claims handling, compliance, and managing relationships with insurance providers and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in enabling a positive employee experience by ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day medical insurance operations. Your expertise will help shape and continuously improve insurance processes, with a strong focus on the GCC and African markets, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless experience for our employees. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end medical insurance operations, including member onboarding, renewals, amendments, and claims. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external insurers to ensure optimal service delivery and employee satisfaction. Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal governance. Analyze trends and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with business units to align insurance coverage with workforce needs. Serve as a point of escalation for critical insurance matters. Education Bachelor's in Insurance (preferred), Bachelors in HR/Administration Master's in Insurance (plus) Experience 7–8 years of progressive experience in insurance management. Proven experience across GCC and African markets is highly desirable. Strong analytical and data management capabilities. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. Technical Competency Insurance Policy Administration – Knowledge of policy structures, renewals, endorsements, and coverage terms. Claims Processing and Management – Ability to manage, document, and follow up on insurance claims accurately and efficiently. Regulatory Compliance – Understanding of local insurance laws, labor regulations, and data privacy standards. Data Analysis & Reporting – Proficiency in analyzing claims data, loss trends, and preparing reports for decision-making. HRIS and Insurance Platforms – Experience using HR information systems and insurance provider portals for member updates and policy tracking.
