Recruitment Specialist (UAEN)

Our client, a prominent company in Dubai is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to join their team. The position is responsible for attracting, sourcing, hiring, and onboarding talent, and will manage he end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities Develop and execute recruitment strategies, managing the full hiring process. Partner with hiring managers to align talent needs with business goals and build strong external talent pipelines. Oversee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to management, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Represent the company at hiring events and career fairs Requirements 5+ Years of experience in a specialized Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role. Experience working in a large corporate company Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong working knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Linked In, Bayt, Taleo, etc. Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles across various levels.
