This role is ideal for someone with a passion for global business, hospitality, who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in business development or strategic support, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle industry. Strong research, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word); project management, or data visualization tools is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, professionalism, and a high level of organization. Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Deep knowledge of feasibility studies and market analysis Good knowledge of financial analysis Key Responsibilities: Support the Executive Office in identifying and evaluating new market and partnership opportunities. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies across regions. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and briefing notes for internal and external stakeholders. Help manage ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups are met. Coordinate communications and schedules with external partners, consultants, and senior contacts. Liaise cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., business, operations, finance, and marketing) to support strategic execution. Assist in the development of business models, financial projections, and performance trackers for new initiatives. Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support growth strategies. Maintain and organize business documentation, legal files, contracts, and market intelligence databases.
