Role Description We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre in Sharjah. This full-time, on-site role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, particularly in maintaining Food & Beverage (F&B) stock for various events and activities. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for receiving, issuing, and maintaining stock levels, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and supporting the warehouse team in ensuring operational efficiency. Additionally, this role will assist in maintaining up-to-date records for fixed assets and consumables. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 3–4 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the event management industry. Fluency in English. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines. Excellent record-keeping abilities. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across various departments.
