The role will initially be based in Dubai , with a transition to a site-based position in Abu Dhabi for the longer term. This position plays a critical role in managing and executing MEP works in coordination with project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with technical standards and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage MEP project execution with a focus on Data Center projects. Review and coordinate MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Provide technical support during project planning, procurement, and execution phases. Ensure all MEP systems are installed and functioning according to design, safety, and quality standards. Attend coordination meetings and site inspections to resolve technical and construction issues. Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes of MEP systems. Monitor and report on progress, risks, and technical issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP works, with good experience on Data Center projects . Proven knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) specific to mission-critical environments. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to project demands. Available for immediate joining or short notice.
