HR Coordinator Female

Responsibilities: Assist with the identification, selection, and interviewing of candidates. Hindi knowledge is a must. Support the administrative aspects of the new hire process, including screening, contracts, and updating HR systems. Help out during the pre-boarding and onboarding of employees, including staying in touch with them, answering their questions, and sending relevant materials. Schedule meetings, organize employee engagement events, company social events, interviews, and other activities as needed. Act as the liaison between employees and the Public Relations Officer (PRO). Assist the digital marketing team with data. Assist with travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and timely data. Requirements: Previous experience in an HR role or administrative support function preferred. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar position. (UAE experience is a must.) Experience in Labour Laws. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and HRIS systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Other Requirements: Experience with Hub Spot and Mailchimp is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
