A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this position due to occasional on-site client visits and support requirements. Expertise in networking solutions (LAN, WAN, firewalls, switches, routing protocols, VPN, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team. Proven track record in customer service and support engineering roles.
