This position is specifically designed for Emirati graduates, offering structured development, mentorship, and practical project experience.You will work in one of the following focus areas: Property & Buildings – Structures/Architecture/Design Transport Planning & Mobility – Roads, Highways, Stakeholder Engagement Your responsibilities include: Assisting in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations Coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project phases Supporting project documentation to ensure quality and compliance with UAE standards Learning and applying digital engineering tools (Auto CAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.)Participating in client and stakeholder meetings and preparing technical deliverables Contributing to team discussions, problem-solving, and innovative design ideas We'd love to hear from you if you have: UAE National (Emirati) with valid Emirates ID & Family Book Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Transport Engineering Strong interest in Structural Analysis, Urban Mobility, Transport Planning, or Stakeholder Engagement Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Auto CAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar tools is a plus Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well within a team What’s in it for you?We prioritize work-life balance and support individual needs, including options for remote work, part-time hours, or flexible schedules.
