Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department efficiently. Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives. Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring talent acquisition aligns with company needs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all levels. Design and implement effective compensation and benefits programs for employees. Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for the workforce. Maintain and enhance the organization s culture and employee engagement initiatives. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or grievances in a fair manner. Provide guidance and counsel to management on HR related issues. Prepare HR-related reports and present findings to senior leadership. Advise on and implement diversity and inclusion policies company-wide. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive HR support and strategic alignment. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years experience in HR, with 5 years in a managerial role. Proven expertise in HR policies, labor relations, and employee engagement. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for a collaborative work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address various HR matters. Experience with HR software and tools for streamlining HR functions effectively. Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in a corporate setting.
