Technical Designer - Retail Fitout

Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ, tender drawings and specifications. Prepare detailed drawings for mainly joinery & interior fit out such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details. Coordinate with MEP and site Engineer to prepare the coordinated drawing. Co-ordination & preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions. Preparing detailed drawing for production as per the approved shop drawing and coordinate with production team for accuracy of details. Prepare Submittal package for Authority approval and manage ongoing revisions and changes as per authority norms. (Preferred) Qualifications: Diploma in Architecture is mandatory Knowledge of Auto CAD is a must Must have knowledge in Space Planning for Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, and specifications. Experience: Min. 5-10 years of experience in retail fit-out and joinery. Additional Information : Immediately joiners will be prioritized.
