The candidate will oversee and manage the construction and interior fit-out of buildings, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to standards. Responsibilities Plan, design, and supervise construction and fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements. Manage budgets and timelines, and report progress to stakeholders. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality. Address technical issues during construction and fit-out phases. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fit-out construction. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in FITOUT projects, with knowledge of construction and interior fit-out techniques. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Skills Understanding of interior fit-out processes and techniques. Proficiency in Auto CAD or similar design software. Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. Effective management of project timelines and budgets. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating with contractors and subcontractors. Adaptability to changing project requirements. Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus. Education Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
