Oracle EPM Suite Support Specialist

About the Role We are hiring one of our Dubai-based clients. Looking for an enthusiastic and talented professional to join our IT Product Factory Team as an EPM Suite Support Specialist . The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, experience in agile development environments, and a desire to contribute to innovative software solutions in Engineering, Consulting, Operations, and Project Management. Responsibilities: Provide expert-level support for the Oracle EPBCS Suite and related modules (TRCS, EPM, PBCS, FCCS). Troubleshoot complex issues in planning, forecasting, tax reporting, and financial consolidation. Assist in system configuration, maintenance, optimization, and user training. Engage directly with stakeholders to resolve support requests and ensure satisfaction. Maintain detailed documentation of support efforts, resolutions, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to address bugs, enhancements, and escalated issues. Stay updated on Oracle Cloud enhancements, features, and best practices. Key Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EPBCS Suite. Strong knowledge of EPBCS, TRCS, PBCS, FCCS, and EPM modules. Proven client-facing support experience with effective communication and resolution skills. Experience in at least one end-to-end EPBCS or EPM implementation is a plus. Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud integrations and modules.
