Job Description POSITION OBJECTIVE - The position is responsible for overall brand development and implementation to maximize sales and profit. Key Responsibilities: Marketing: Interface and execute all marketing/promotional activities between principals, brand managers, operations managers, and VMs. Manage execution of all brand promotional activities under the supervision of Apparel’s Marketing Team and brand managers. Activities include ATL (above the line) and BTL (below the line) marketing. Liaise and execute seasonal changes (windows, in-store displays, POS, catalogues, and marketing collateral) with vendors and internal teams. Develop media plans and artworks, ensuring deadlines are met. Prepare pitch documents with brand managers. Maintain and archive a library of advertisements, event photos, outdoor ads, etc. Visit brand outlets periodically to ensure visual standards and store window displays are maintained. Assist brand managers and e-commerce team with online trade initiatives. Identify opportunities for brand marketing and promotion. Maintain a media spend tracker by region and media type. Support logistics during events and promotions. Share relevant business information with line managers as required. Plan and work within annual marketing budgets with brand managers. Coordinate store photo shoots and manage in-store media such as music and videos.
