Job Description Talent & Culture Coordinator / Executive Assistant What's In It For You Employee benefit card offering discounted rates worldwide Learning programs through our Academies Opportunities for talent development and growth within your property and globally Participate in our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 What You Will Be Doing Talent & Culture Responsibilities Reporting to the Cluster Manager, Talent & Culture, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing professional, friendly, and engaging service Assisting in daily operations of the Talent & Culture department Handling office administration duties such as correspondence, mail, photocopying, and supplies Managing calls, visitors, inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups Completing reference checks, job offers, and new hire paperwork Supporting pension, medical, and other assistance coordination Maintaining bulletin boards and filing systems Preparing colleagues ID and name badges, correspondence, and updating employee information Verifying attendance, assisting colleagues, booking onboarding flights, liaising with payroll, and managing exit procedures Supporting colleagues' events and ensuring departmental policies and safety procedures are followed Executive Office Managing calendars and meetings for leadership Assisting with personal tasks, appointments, and correspondence Providing administrative support including drafts, presentations, research, and special projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
