Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman for a Urban Planning - Mixed Used Development project; to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction project team, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for our mixed-use development projects. Prepare and modify site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate representation of design concepts Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to create detailed construction documents Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE Conduct site visits to gather information and verify measurements Update and maintain drawing databases and archives Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings Coordinate with other team members to resolve design conflicts and discrepancies Contribute to the development of project specifications and material schedules Stay updated on industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in drafting and design Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman for a Urban Planning - Mixed Used Development project; to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
