We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader to head our International Off-Plan Sales Department in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position for a professional who is passionate about building high-performing sales teams, developing innovative strategies, and driving consistent results in the off-plan real estate market. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at Whitewill Dubai. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing sales activities, overseeing a sales team, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth in the off plan sector. Key Responsibilities: Select, onboard, and train a team of experienced brokers Develop and implement sales strategies for primary market Oversee daily operations and performance of a team of 20+ brokers Adapt Whitewill’s internal training methodology to the local Dubai market Ensure the team’s full alignment with the company’s vision, positioning, and client service standards Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top developers in Dubai Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of department targets Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market At least 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader Track record of managing sales teams of 20+ agents Demonstrated success in growing sales performance under direct leadership Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and adaptability to a fast-paced environment What We Offer Fixed salary during the initial integration stage, along with commission from individual and team deals Opportunity to lead and shape the development of a key department in a fast-growing international company Direct influence on business strategy and team success Professional and collaborative work culture with an international outlook Join Whitewill and become part of a dynamic team where your success directly translates to limitless financial growth and exciting rewards.
