Our new Regulatory Affairs Specialist will be part of the Moellhausen Regulatory team, reporting to the HQ Regulatory Manager and the HQ Technical Director. You will have the chance to explore what is behind the fragrances products you find on the market. Responsibilities (not limitative): Evaluate and validate new products according to current legislation and customer requirements. Support customers on regulatory inquiries. Create and update regulatory technical documentation for ingredients and final products. Maintain documentation and data for existing ingredients and products. Approve raw material suppliers and documentation. Follow ethical certifications. Interact with and train different departments. Minimum experience requirements: At least 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs in the same or similar industry. Knowledge of CLP/GHS, REACH, Cosmetic and Food Regulations. University degree in scientific disciplines (chemistry, food technology, etc.). Fluency in spoken and written English. Skills & Abilities: Good team attitude. Independent, flexible, and dedicated work approach. Strong sense of responsibility and motivation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP and DEVEX is a plus.
