Product Compliance Specialist

As a Product Compliance Specialist at Samsotech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet all regulatory requirements and safety standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are designed, developed, and distributed in compliance with local and international regulations. Be part of our growing team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities: · Conduct thorough research on product regulations and standards in target markets.· Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products are designed with compliance in mind.· Create and maintain compliance documentation, including technical files and test reports.· Work with external testing and certification agencies to ensure products meet required standards.· Review and interpret product specifications and test results to assess compliance.· Keep abreast of regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant teams.· Participate in product risk assessments and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies.· Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures.· Assist with product recalls or corrective actions as needed.Requirements and Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline).· Minimum of 2 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related role.· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.· Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.· Experience with regulatory submissions and audits is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
