Product Compliance Specialist

As a Product Compliance Specialist at Samsotech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet all regulatory requirements and safety standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are designed, developed, and distributed in compliance with local and international regulations. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct thorough research on product regulations and standards in target markets. · Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products are designed with compliance in mind. · Create and maintain compliance documentation, including technical files and test reports. · Work with external testing and certification agencies to ensure products meet required standards. · Review and interpret product specifications and test results to assess compliance. · Keep abreast of regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant teams. · Participate in product risk assessments and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies. · Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures. · Assist with product recalls or corrective actions as needed. Requirements and Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline). · Minimum of 2 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related role. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. · Experience with regulatory submissions and audits is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
