The Staging Foreman is responsible for the assembly and installation of staging, scaffolding, and access systems for marine vessel maintenance and repair projects. This role involves coordinating the staging team, ensuring safety, and meeting project requirements. Job Summary: The Staging Foreman is responsible for the assembly and installation of staging, scaffolding, and access systems for marine vessel maintenance and repair projects. This role involves coordinating the staging team, ensuring safety, and meeting project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate staging and scaffolding activities for marine projects. Supervise a team of staging technicians and scaffold builders. Inspect and maintain staging equipment and ensure its safe assembly. Conduct safety checks and enforce safety protocols. Collaborate with project managers to meet project staging requirements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in staging and scaffolding preferred. Proven experience as a staging foreman or lead scaffold builder. Knowledge of staging and scaffold assembly techniques and equipment.
