Document Controller / Sales Coordinator

District Cooling International LLC is currently in need of a Document Controller / Sales Coordinator that could help with the smooth process of our expanding company. Job Responsibilities: File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage. Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date. Manage the processes around documentation within the organization. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation. Support the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that all opportunities are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner. Manage the sales database and ensure that all data is accurate and up to date. Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all sales-related activities are aligned with company goals and objectives. Requirements: Proven experience as a sales coordinator or document controller is an advantage. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
