Sales Coordinator
Description
Responsibilities: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence in coordination with the Sales team.Maintain and control a master file for all contracts.Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients.Closely monitor the sales pipeline and create a Master trace file to ensure tight control on follow-up actions.Coordinate the sales team by filing important documents and communicating relevant information.Coordinate with various departments for inquiries about sales order approval, ETA status, and cheque collections when necessary.Coordinate with the team for timely payment collections and deliveries.Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.Follow company policies and procedures.Demonstrate a complete understanding of the Sales Process as well as technical knowledge about the ERP/CRM.Requirements: Proven experience in sales coordination in Sanitaryware/tile/Furniture/building material industry Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and advancement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
