Specialist in C-Suite & Senior Hires Across the UAE Job Title : Senior Marketing Manager Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Salary : Up to AED 45,000 per month + Schooling, Flights & Bonus Overview : We are working with a l eading Tier 1 real estate development company in Dubai, known for delivering some of the most iconic and luxurious projects in the region. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function and support the continued growth and brand positioning of the company in a highly competitive market. This role requires a marketing leader with deep experience in high-end real estate development and a proven track record in building premium brands through integrated, strategic marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company and individual projects Lead on brand development, content creation, digital campaigns, and events Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and agency relationships Work closely with the sales and development teams to align marketing with commercial objectives Oversee the production of high-quality marketing collateral and digital content Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy Represent the brand at major industry events and activations Requirements : Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience within the real estate development sector Previous experience with a Tier 1 developer in the GCC is essential Strong background in branding, digital marketing, and campaign management Bi-lingual (Arabic & English) candidates are strongly preferred Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage internal teams and external agencies Excellent understanding of the UAE real estate market and luxury positioning What’s on Offer : Attractive salary up to AED 45,000 per month Performance-based incentives and full benefits package The opportunity to work with one of the most prominent developers in the region Strategic leadership role with high visibility across the business Application : If you meet the criteria and are ready to lead marketing for one of the region’s top real estate developers, please submit your CV in confidence.
