As a Senior Interior Designer reporting into the Interior Design Manager - Residential, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to work on our prestigious residential projects from Villa, Luxury Mansion, Mid-level and high-rise tower. Responsibilities include Lead the interior design process across all phases, from concept development to completion of detailed design and final IFC documentation. Develop creative, functional, and innovative interior designs that align with client requirements and project objectives. Manage design coordination with other disciplines (architecture, MEP, etc.) and ensure the timely delivery of design packages. Oversee and guide the design team to ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, 3D renders, and other design documentation to clients and stakeholders. Ensure all designs meet regulatory and sustainability standards, and comply with local codes and guidelines. Prepare technical drawings and design specifications using Auto CAD, Revit (BIM), Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on deadlines, budgets, and quality. Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure designs are implemented as intended. Here's what you'll need Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum 8 years in interior design, specifically within residential and hospitality sectors in the UAE. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects in residential buildings and commercial building. Design Software: Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit (BIM), Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite. Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience in delivering full mixed-use projects from concept through to IFC, including coordination with all disciplines. Leadership: Ability to lead a design team and manage design delivery while ensuring creative and technical excellence. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills for client meetings and internal team coordination.
