We are currently seeking an experienced Welder with hands-on expertise in the repair and manufacturing of heat exchangers and related equipment. The ideal candidate should have 4–9 years of relevant welding experience , particularly with TIG and SMAW processes, and should be comfortable working with various materials in industrial environments. Key Responsibilities: Perform welding operations using TIG and SMAW (Arc) welding techniques as per project requirements. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications . Operate welding machines, torches, and other specialized welding equipment efficiently. Prepare materials and surfaces for welding and perform tacking and assembling of components. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality and industry standards. Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE while performing all tasks. Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition. Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues during fabrication or repair processes. Perform repair welding on damaged metal structures and components when needed. Desired Candidate Profile Strong proficiency in TIG and SMAW welding techniques . Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. High attention to detail with the ability to produce precise and clean welds . Knowledge of welding safety practices and PPE requirements. Good physical fitness and ability to work in various positions or confined spaces. Basic communication and teamwork skills. Experience working on heat exchangers , pressure vessels, or heavy industrial fabrication is preferred. 4–9 years of experience in welding for heat exchanger repair and manufacturing .
