Job Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble metal structures by utilizing various welding techniques ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.Maintain and operate welding equipment ensuring it is in optimal working condition to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.Conduct thorough inspections of completed welds to identify defects and ensure structural integrity meets industry standards.Keep accurate records of work completed including materials used and hours worked to assist in project tracking.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately execute welding tasks.Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and address any issues that may arise during the welding process.Desired Job Profile High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is highly preferred.Certification in welding processes such as MIG, TIG, or Stick welding from a recognized institution.A minimum of 13 years of hands-on welding experience in a commercial or industrial setting.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints with precision.Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime or weekends as required by project demands.#J-18808-Ljbffr
