Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. They lead a team of warehouse workers, coordinate logistics activities, and maintain inventory accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety. They lead a team of warehouse workers, coordinate logistics activities, and maintain inventory accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety.Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Operate and train staff on warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Review and improve warehouse workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintain records of incoming/outgoing shipments, returns, and damaged goods. Resolve any issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, or warehouse equipment. Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of warehouse employees. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain a plus. Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
