Maintenance Technician III
Description
MINIMUM EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED required Certificates in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics, electrical or mechanical trade or related area and an associate degree in a related area preferred MINIMUM EXPERIENCE Four (4) years experience in Industrial Maintenance with proficiency in mechanical power transmission, electrical, PLC/Controls, and welding/fabrication skills through job experience, military experience, or related education Relevancy of certificates and degrees will be assessed by manager and HR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to follow procedures from work orders or technicians/management Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical schematics, manuals, and specifications for troubleshooting and repairs Proficiency with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software for data management Problem-solving skills in mechanical or electrical systems, including understanding engineering formulas Diagnose mechanical power transmission, electrical, or PLC/control issues at multiple system levels Effective communication skills within the department and with external vendors Collaborative skills with operations, vendors, and support teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications Time management and organizational skills JOB CONDITIONS Use of hand tools and possibly power tools Work in hot or cold temperatures Physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, and squatting Preferred Qualifications Pay Transparency and Details Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 10: 00 PM - 8: 30 AM Additional Information All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
