Job Description: Languages English Technical Skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) FTA & EDAS Systems Dubai Customs Portal VAT Processing/Reconciliation Import/Export Documentation TRN-Based Tax Reporting Work Experience Process VAT and MOFAIC payments on behalf of clients via the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) and EDAS systems. Prepare and submit accurate online customs declarations through Dubai Customs portal for both import and export shipments. Track and manage VAT-pending shipments, coordinating with recipients to complete payments and ensure customs release. Communicate effectively with customers regarding customs duties, HS codes, business codes, and ministry permit requirements. Collaborate with customs brokers and internal logistics teams to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery. Reconcile customs duties and VAT transactions paid under the company's Tax Registration Number (TRN). Provide high-level administrative support to management, including meeting coordination and recordkeeping. Handle incoming calls from customers and address customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
