Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. Responsibilities Content Marketing: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to attract and engage our target audience. Create high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, articles, social media content, email marketing campaigns) that resonates with our audience and aligns with SEO best practices. Manage content calendars and editorial processes to ensure timely and consistent content publication. Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage engaging social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In). Create and curate compelling social media content that fosters brand awareness, community growth, and audience engagement. Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve our website's organic search ranking. Optimize website content and structure for search engines to increase organic traffic. Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithms to maintain a competitive edge. Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products and services, and drive conversions. Design and build engaging email newsletters using marketing automation tools. Analyze email marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results. Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement. Stay informed about the latest marketing technologies and tools to optimize our digital marketing efforts. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing). Excellent content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling and informative copy. Analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Proficiency in social media management platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite). A creative and results-oriented mindset with a passion for staying ahead of the digital marketing curve. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
