Can you open a position for Receptionist Cum Administrative Assistant ? Responsibilities: Perform front desk reception duties, ensuring a professional and inviting reception area that reflects the company's image. Co-ordinate with the company’s internal & external teams, clients, subcontractors, and third-party service providers on deliveries and day-to-day tasks, managing all incoming calls. Assist the finance team with additional support tasks. Maintain conference room bookings and coordinate reservations. Operate the switchboard and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff. Assist with taking and serving beverage orders. Perform all administrative tasks and coordinate with PRO for visa-related tasks as assigned by the management team, with daily reporting to the Admin Manager. Schedule: Working hours: 8: 30 am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri) Performance bonus Work Location: Dubai Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as a front desk receptionist, admin, or similar role preferred. Highly motivated, with a good working attitude, customer service skills, and a sense of responsibility. Positive mindset and a solution-focused approach. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to converse fluently in English. Possess excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. #J-18808-Ljbffr
