Job Purpose We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Responsibilities You will: Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, direct email & other lead generation activities. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Collect payments from clients and issue receipts via our POS system in the form of cash, credit cards, online transfers. Welcome visitors warmly by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Answer and respond to all voicemail, phone, email, and walk-in inquiries and direct them through the appropriate channel. Manage appointment bookings & rebooking, room allocation & updating appointment calendar. Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory for retail and stock items. Arrange the setup for workshops and events held at the center. Ensure transactions are properly recorded and complete by day end. Manage housekeeping staff to ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the center. Requirements MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IN COLD CALLING. MUST be highly professional & reliable!
