What You'll Be Doing As our Senior Inventory Executive, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring we always have what we need, when we need it. You'll: Optimize Stock Levels: Keep our inventory just right – enough to meet demand without having excess stock sitting around. Analyze Trends: Dig into stock movement data to set smart reorder points and safety stock levels. Leverage Technology: Use our cutting-edge ERP systems to track, plan, and report on inventory with accuracy. Collaborate on Forecasting: Partner with internal teams and distributors to accurately forecast demand and keep things flowing smoothly. Drive Efficiency: Create insightful reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to boost inventory efficiency. Innovate & Improve: Find opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and help us embrace the latest digital solutions in inventory management. Who We're Looking For We're seeking a talented individual with a solid background and a passion for inventory management: Education: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration. Experience: 4-8 years of hands-on experience in inventory or supply chain management, ideally within industries like engineering, civil, industrial, chemical, heavy equipment, mining, or construction. Technical Savvy: Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar is a big plus!). Data Whiz: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using inventory analysis tools. Analytical Mind: Sharp analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effortlessly. Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across various departments. Work Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the UAE (visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate).
