The Role : The successful candidate needs to have an eye for detail and will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of real estate amongst the group. This role requires strong expertise in property law, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions. Key Responsibilities : Draft, review and negotiate contracts related to real estate : purchase agreements, lease agreements, financing agreements, development agreements, construction contracts. Assist in undertaking due diligence on property acquisitions. Advise on legal risks and liabilities in real estate transactions. Manage closings of real estate and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provide strategic legal advice to the business, stakeholders and management. Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies. Stay up to date with changes in real estate and property law in various territories and provide proactive guidance. Collaborate with relevant operational stakeholders to ensure that the relevant property meets the needs of the business. Key Skills : Law degree and admission to practice law in EU / Gibraltar / UAE Minimum of 5 years’ experience practicing real estate law. Proven experience handling a broad range of real estate matters. Strong understanding of local, regional, and national property laws. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to manage complex transactions and deadlines effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
