The client is a prominent investment and development firm based in the UAE, specializing in real estate, construction, and asset management. With a diverse portfolio of high-quality residential, commercial, and retail projects, the firm is committed to delivering sustainable and impactful developments across the UAE and broader Middle East and Africa regions.Responsibilities: Offer legal advisory services to various departments and subsidiaries Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements Advise on corporate governance, structuring, and compliance with UAE regulations Support real estate and development projects, ensuring adherence to relevant laws Monitor and ensure compliance with local, regional, and international regulations Collaborate cross-functionally to address legal concerns and facilitate business operations Qualifications: A qualified legal professional with 4-10 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and real estate law Extensive experience in real estate investment, development, and management within the UAEIn-depth knowledge of UAE legal frameworks, including mainland, DIFC, and ADGM regulations Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory skills Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage complex legal matters effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
