We're Hiring: AV Installation Engineer (Residential AV Systems) Are you passionate about smart homes and luxury AV tech? We're looking for a skilled and motivated AV Installation Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our residential integration team. Assist in the installation and configuration of residential AV systems, including: Home theater setups TV mounting and video distribution Smart lighting, blinds, and climate control integration Pull and terminate cables (Cat6, speaker, HDMI, etc.) according to design layouts and safety standards. Assemble and wire AV racks, test signal paths, and ensure all equipment is properly installed and labelled. Support senior engineers and project managers during site commissioning and client handover. Perform basic system testing and troubleshooting of AV equipment and cabling. Maintain tools, inventory, and cleanliness of job sites. Follow company protocols for documentation, site sign-offs, and reporting. 2–3 years of experience in residential AV installation or a similar role. Basic knowledge of home automation platforms like Control4, Savant, or Crestron (training will be provided). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cable layouts. Comfortable using tools like drills, testers, cable crimpers, and power tools. Basic understanding of network and IP-based AV equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Valid driving license is preferred. Basic networking or low-voltage electrical knowledge Work on-site at high-end residential projects. Occasionally work extended hours depending on project timelines. Must be physically able to lift AV equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
