Title and Summary Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Cards Product Specialist) All About the Role Advisors Deploy is a client-facing competency that partners with clients to drive measurable value by: Delivering new products and strategies to market efficiently Implementing complex technology and transformation programs Enhancing client skills and knowledge Transforming processes and optimizing management practices Product Management Specialist Supports client profit and growth for cards, focusing on revenue, credit costs, fraud, and costs. Manages product compliance, audits, and complaints. Guides strategy execution to generate revenue aligned with consumer banking and supports sales and marketing initiatives. Facilitates product roll-out, training, benchmarking, and market analysis. Product Innovation and Development Assists in developing product strategies, value propositions, and performance improvements based on market trends and customer needs. Supports the execution of strategic roadmaps, monitors competitive and regulatory environments, and collaborates across teams to identify gaps and opportunities. Internal Collaboration Works with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement across operations, technology, credit, legal, and risk. Product Roll-out Supports product commercialization, pricing, sales tools, and training. Monitors post-launch performance and resolves issues for continuous improvement. Execution and Implementation Supports large client programs from initiation to benefit realization, managing risks, issues, and scope re-alignments. Builds strong client relationships and identifies new business opportunities. Team Work & Culture Develops business recommendations, leads meetings, manages projects, and mentors junior team members. Contributes to intellectual capital and promotes Mastercard's brand. All About You Experience managing large, complex projects in multicultural environments Knowledge of payments industry and program management skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Leadership and team development capabilities All About Your Education & Skills 10-12 years of experience in cards product management Regional experience preferred (GCC) Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred Fluent in local language and English; other languages desirable Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools Structured project management approach, analytical skills, willingness to travel Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving Mastercard assets require adherence to security policies, confidentiality, and reporting of violations.
