About the Role We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with proven leadership and project management experience across luxury hospitality and residential projects. This role will be central to design direction, team coordination, and day-to-day liaison with consultants and clients.Key responsibilities include: Leading the creative process and contributing hands-on to concept design, development, and documentation Planning project workflows and managing team resourcing Acting as the main interface with the Lead Design Consultant Coordinating with suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Mentoring junior designers and supporting team growth This is a dynamic opportunity to shape high-end interiors and contribute to a collaborative studio environment that values creativity, accountability, and design integrity.About You We re looking for a confident and motivated designer with: 7+ years experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality and/or high-end residential projects A strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-completion design work Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Hands-on design skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams Proficiency in Revit (preferred), Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
