What You’ll Do Plan, launch, and scale lead gen campaigns across: Meta (FB/IG), Google (Search/Display/You Tube), Tik Tok, Snapchat Build and test conversion-optimized landing pages Use Bitrix24 CRM to automate lead flows, track lead journey, and align with sales Segment and target audiences: UAE, GCC, India, Russia, UK, France Run pixel setups, UTM tracking, retargeting , and A/B tests Recommend which off-plan projects to promote based on buyer insights and ROI potential Track CPL, qualified lead ratio, and ROAS , and continuously optimize campaigns Collaborate with sales team to improve closings and lead handling feedback CPL: Aligned with market benchmarks or better ROAS: Tracked, reported, and aligned with actual deals Execution: Fast campaign launches, weekly testing, funnel optimization Required Experience 3+ years running Dubai off-plan lead generation campaigns Proficiency in Meta, Google, Snapchat, Tik Tok ad platforms Clear understanding of Dubai real estate buyer behavior Strong analytical mind with a bias for execution, not theory You’ve never managed full campaigns (ad
