Role Purpose : We are seeking an innovative and driven Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our real estate business. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive property visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, branding, and content creation within the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities : • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote property listings and the brand awareness. • Analyze market trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies. • Collaborate with sales agents and leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives. • Manage and optimize online platforms including website, social media, email campaigns. • Oversee performance of SEO/SEM with in house web developer. • Develop and monitor online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads). • Track and report performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions). • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email newsletters, and video tours. • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials. • Write and proof marketing copy for print and digital content. • Coordinate professional photography, videography, and virtual tours for listings. • Design and distribute Just Listed/Just Sold campaigns and open house promotions. • Maintain MLS and syndication accuracy. • Manage relationships with external vendors (graphic designers, photographers etc.). • Track marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution. • Coordinate with Media agencies for positive articles and storytelling’s. Role Requirements : • 3+ years of Real Estate marketing experience. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva/Adobe Suite). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM and MLS systems is a plus. • Experience with real estate branding and lead generation. • Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends. • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and storytelling. • Experience with event marketing or community outreach is a plus. • Efficient team management.
