We are committed to: Excellence Responsibility Empowerment Connectivity Courage Responsibilities : Undertake their duties as defined in the applicable legal requirements, within the contract, Dar PMC HSE Management System and Client OHSE Policies. Ensure that the occupational health and safety risks are suitably assessed and managed. Review and ensure the adequacy of the proposed HSE control measures and arrangements in the contractors plans, method statements, risk assessments and other project related HSE documents. Ascertain that occupational HSE incidents occurring on the project are investigated and reported. Provide professional support and advice to the Project Management Team and other stakeholders as appropriate. Undertake audits and inspections to identify issues or non-conformity, recommend corrective action and draft and submit the associated reports for issue. Collect and submit HSE performance data for the monitoring and analysis of trends and statistics. Monitor and follow up on actions and instructions issued, so far as possible ensuring these are closed out in a timely manner. Initiate and organize OHS training of employees in accordance with the risk management programme . Attend Project Management Meetings when required to report on relevant health and safety matters. Seek advice from Dar’s HSE Manager if in doubt. Be familiar with the legal and other requirements applicable to the project and lead by example. Requirements : Minimum 10 years of experience with Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Must hold a NEBOSH Certification or equivalent. Strong knowledge of HSE local Regulatory requirements and international standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experiences in 5-star complex residential or hospitality projects with complex stakeholders, PMC, packaging strategies, high-end branded buildings in the UAE or the Gulf would be an advantage. * While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
