Job Description Summary:
The Sales Manager (SM) is a multi-unit operator that contributes to the company's revenue growth via excellent sales, staff development, top-notch client service skills and retail management.
The right candidate will be goal-oriented with an ability to set and achieve monthly sales target using the Physique 57 sales system.
The SM directly manages all Client Services Team (CST) members and works with CEO to meet and exceed studio and company goals. Responsibilities
Oversee, support and lead CST to exceed monthly sales targetsResponsible for meeting performance metrics KPIsExecute monthly target KPIs on all aspects of the sales funnel Manage, monitor, coach/develop, and evaluate performance of CST to ensure they are executing according to standards set by CEOExecute initiatives aimed at growing client base, attendance and retention Ensure consistency of the Physique 57 brand Expand portfolio of corporate partnersRecruit, hire, train, onboard, develop and schedule Client Services Team members
Manage disciplinary actions involving all CST with assistance of CEOConduct day evaluation and annual performance reviews of CSTSchedule CST by setting hours and assigning CST shifts to control payroll expenses
Develop a high-energy culture through friendly competitions and incentive-based sales motivation Optimize sales potential recovery programs for lapsed clients Manage retail boutique Collaborate with vendors to provide an outstanding shopping experience to boost retail sales Handle all client requests and client service issues Essential Duties
Greet clients upon arrival when at desk and answer a wide variety of inquiries Serve as a brand ambassador through extensive knowledge of class offerings, company history and personal experience Offer the highest level of client service, maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude Ensure main phone lines are answered and all voicemails are responded to in atimely manner
Ensure all clients are properly accounted for in MindBody and class attendance is correct Ensure clients due for package renewals are all properly flaggedEnsure clients are continuously added/removed from waitlists to ensure maximum attendance
Ensure that printed class schedules are correct with CST team members being informed should last-minute changes be required Ensure paper goods, water, and retail items are stocked throughout the day and at closing Track front desk inventory informing Operations Manager of supplies or marketing collateral needs Maintain a knowledge of all retail items to educate clients on various products ensure cash drawers have adequate change
Complete financial close out at the end of each business day Ensure studios are kept immaculate, and front desk and retail areas are tidy Any travel across local studio locations to be done within the regular business day at employee's own expense
