This role will serve as the strategic custodian of the Starlink brand, leading its development, positioning, and expression across all business segments and customer touchpoints. This role is responsible for evolving the master brand and its sub-brands, ensuring a consistent and compelling voice across DTC and B2B audiences. By integrating product marketing, content leadership, and AI-driven innovation, the role drives impactful brand campaigns and supports go-to-market initiatives.Accountability & Responsibilities of Role: Brand Strategy & Identity Own and evolve the Starlink master brand and its sub-brands, creating a cohesive brand ecosystem across DTC and B2B segments.Define and enforce a strong, unified brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across digital, retail, corporate, and internal channels.Lead thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, branded editorial content, and executive positioning to establish Starlink as a market leader.Monitor brand performance metrics, proactively refining strategies to enhance equity and relevance.Product Marketing Partner with product, sales, and commercial teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies.Translate product features and capabilities into compelling customer-facing value propositions.Lead development of product marketing plans, sales enablement tools, and customer education materials.Conduct and apply competitive analysis and market insights to position offerings effectively.Marketing Communications & Content Direction Ensure all marketing communications consistently reflect Starlink’s brand identity and value proposition.Provide strategic content direction across platforms, web, social, campaigns and PR.Collaborate with internal creative teams and manage external agencies to develop high-impact content aligned with brand tone and objectives.Leverage AI tools to streamline content generation, personalization, and performance optimization.Budget Management Develop, own, and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across campaigns, content, and partnerships.Track and report on spend vs. ROI, optimizing for efficiency while maintaining creative excellence.Identify cost-saving opportunities through automation, AI, and strategic vendor partnerships.Marketing Analysis & Insight-Driven Planning Collaborate with the digital team to monitor consumer trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts.Use data to drive brand performance reporting, content planning, and strategic recommendations.Stay informed on emerging technologies, trends, and innovations that can shape future brand strategy.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Governance Work closely with the Digital, Activation and Business teams to ensure synchronized messaging.Develop and implement brand governance frameworks, toolkits, and guidelines to ensure consistency across teams and partners.Contribute to fostering a high-performance, collaborative marketing culture.Position Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a brand marketing role.Strong background in content strategy, campaign leadership, and marketing communications.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.Advanced proficiency in marketing tools and technologies, including digital marketing platforms.Proven experience managing and evolving brand identity systems.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.High level of creativity and innovation.Key Competencies: Delivering Results & Fostering Ownership: Drive for improving business results and attaining higher levels of performance.Building Customer Value: Gaining insights into internal and/or external customers’ experience.
